Skiing Postpartum Workshop

Join us at Glacier Peaks Mobile Physical Therapy in Whitefish for our in-person workshop designed specifically for MOMS looking to get back on the slopes after giving birth!

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Jackie Bullock and Naturopathic Physician + Chiropractor, Andrea Emde, will guide you through safe and effective exercises to help you regain strength and confidence on the snow. They will also talk about ways to reduce your risk of injury and how to optimize your hormones. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned skier, this workshop is perfect for all levels and for any stage in your postpartum recovery. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with other moms and learn valuable tips for skiing after a baby. Little ones are welcome if you don't have childcare. See you there!
