| Jul 26 Whitefish Therapy & Sport Center Presents the Super Soaked 5k |
| Whitefish Therapy & Sport Center Presents the Super Soaked 5k on July 26th in beautiful downtown Whitefish Montana. This event brings together all of the best parts of summer recreation; sunshine, exercise, family/friends and WATER!!! LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!! The Super Soaked 5k will begin at Depot Park in downtown Whitefish and work its way along the beautiful Whitefish River, past City Beach and back into downtown Whitefish. This event is not timed, and competitors are encouraged to stop and enjoy all the activities gonig on throughout the course. We will begin sending out runners on the course at 12:00pm and will be sending groups out in 20 minute intervals. If you do not want to get wet, we are offering alternative "High & Dry Crew" routes around each of the water features so you can stay dry and still enjoy all the fun. Anyone whom wants to take part in the "High & Dry Crew" will have a specific starting times to select from, which will be properly labeled. Please be sure to sign up for the interval of your choice :) As you guessed it, all participants will be getting soaked throughout the run. We will have several different water based features throughout the course; such as water balloon fights, dunk tanks, water gun fights, sprinklers, water, water and MORE WATER! Participants will have their opportunity to take part in all the fun events throughout the course. This event is for all ages and levels of fitness. Participants can run/walk/push strollers/bring dogs do anything to get through the course. The event will happen rain or shine (we are all doing out best Sundance’s). You will receive the official event sunglasses, commemorative squirt gun as well as food and beverages presented by local sponsors. Online registration will close on Thursday, July 23rd at 11:00pm. Pre-registered runners are suggested to pick up their participant packet at Whitefish Therapy & Sport Center (2006 Hospital Way Whitefish, MT) on Friday, July 24th, from 8:00am until 6:00pm. There will be day of registration at the event headquarters (Depo Park) from 10:30am until 12:00pm. Day of registration will cost $30/students & $35/Adults. All runners 7 years of age and younger are free. You can still purchase a "Young Gun Package" for your children under 7 for $8 (this includes everything a participant would receive with their participant package). The fine folks from Whitefish Therapy & Sport Center will be on hand at the event headquarters to offer information on techniques and treatments you can receive or take part in to help you with any physical ailment you may encounter in life.
